CINCINNATI, Ohio — June 18, 2026 — Healing Touch Center of Cincinnati is proud to announce the opening of its first Recovery Home featuring IBAC alcohol monitoring technology. The new recovery residence will officially open on Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is located at 611 Rockdale Avenue in the Avondale community of Cincinnati.

The public is invited to attend this special event to learn more about the Recovery Home, explore the services offered by Healing Touch Center of Cincinnati, celebrate the organization's 6-Year Anniversary, and participate in a community Juneteenth Celebration recognizing freedom, resilience, unity, and progress within our community.

The Recovery Home is designed to provide individuals in recovery with a safe, supportive, and structured living environment focused on long-term sobriety and personal growth. All residents will be required to maintain a drug- and alcohol-free lifestyle as part of the program’s commitment to accountability and recovery success.

As part of the home’s recovery support system, residents will also be required to use the new IBAC alcohol monitor. Healing Touch Center of Cincinnati serves as the distributor of the IBAC monitoring technology for the Cincinnati area. The IBAC monitor is intended to help strengthen accountability and provide an additional layer of support for individuals committed to maintaining sobriety.

“Our goal is to create a stable and supportive environment where residents can focus on rebuilding their lives and sustaining recovery,” said a representative of Healing Touch Center of Cincinnati. “By combining peer support, structured recovery housing, and innovative alcohol monitoring technology, we hope to provide residents with the tools and accountability needed for long-term success.”

The opening of the Recovery Home reflects Healing Touch Center of Cincinnati’s ongoing commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders throughout the community.
